Almost 11 years and counting BTS and their fandom ARMY is still more bulletproof than ever, let's see a glimpse of their history.

Bigger than K-pop

As BTS grew as a K-pop act in Korea they stretched and expanded what k-pop is known as. They both changed how it's viewed, and have outgrown it as a band. Now they are seen as one of the biggest boy bands in history gaining multiple achievements not only in their home country of South Korea but all around the world especially in the US.

The journey hasn't been an easy one of course as nothing is easy about being in a band for 10 + years and counting. Not expecting to become as big of a sensation as they are but adapting to it along the way they made goals and accomplished them all as BTS.

Here's a timeline of BTS biggest points of their career :

On December 1, South Korea passed the new 'BTS Law' affecting all big kpop stars and delaying their mandatory service. This came right before Jin's 28th birthday, when he would've left the group for enlistment around the next month, in January 2021. With the new law, he won't need to serve until he's 30.

Getting Ready For See You Soon, But Never Goodbye...

From 2021 onwards BTS and the ARMY fandom were teetering on the edge of facing the inevitable. There was this lingering atmosphere that military service was in the midst but no one was for sure when except for BTS themselves.

Knowing this BTS compiled a way for ARMY to accept the situation for what it was with the promise that they'll all come back safe and as seven. With one last stretch with US promotion that marked their presence here till this very day, let's look into how they made a mark before they left for their service.

Here's a timeline of what went down from 2021 to now:

Something To Dance To: Butter, Artist of The Year and Permission To Dance

Forever Seven.
